What plan, ideas, and work you have decided to do for beginning of this newly coming year?

I have a new job and I plan on learning everything I can so I can get a promotion. I'm the only woman working the night shift in a machine shop. After we go back to work after the holiday I'm getting my fork lift certification. Plus, I've already learned how to machine 3 different parts that we currently run. I know being the only woman will make it harder for me, so I figure, if I know as much as the guys I'll stand a better chance for promotion.

1. Complete my book on common lisp

2. Built a 'passive house'

3. Make money

4. Get laid (preferably by some mountaineering girl, failing that a swimmer or a girl who runs...)

5. Stop smoking...

6. Read Lacan

7. Master the German language...

8. Overcome my obsession with the number 'eight'

I have decided I will accept the role of Manager for another dept at my work (my team will hate me for it)

but i need a change and it certainly will be a challenge..
