what is in the drink cosmopolitan or comos?

1 oz. Cointreau

3 oz. cranberry juice

1/2 oz. lemon juice

1 slice of lime

2 oz. vodka

shake or stir with ice, strain into martini glass, garnish with the lime slice.

One recipe for a cosmopolitan is:

1/2 oz. Rose's lime cordial

1/2 oz. Triple Sec

2 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

1 Lime wedge

Shake ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 oz Vodka,

1/2oz Triple Sec

1/2 limeade mix

1/2oz Cranberry Juice

ice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a tumbler glass

2-3 oz Vodka of drinkers choice, preferably a top shelf such as Grey Goose or Belvedere, 1.5 oz Cranberry juice, shaken over ice strained into a chilled Martini Glass Garnished with a lemon zest. or you can purchase premade mix

You can make a "cheat" version easily with Margarita mix, vodka and cranberry juice. Great for parties and camping and stuff. Also, same mix , leave out the cran and u have a Kamikaze. So buy the mix and tequila and vodka and u have the makings for 3 great drinks!

This is made with vodka, a splash of cranberry juice and splash of lime juice and splash of orange liqueur.
