If he is not in love yet, will he ever be?
My boyfriend and I have been in a long distance relationship for about a year and a half now. We see each other on average only twice a year partly due to distance but also because he was in Iraq for a while. I know I am in love with him, but he has yet to say the words to me (which I am okay with). I am just wondering if it gets to a point where it's been long enough I know he will never fall in love?
I have a girlfriend in the same situation, except hers is not a long distance relationship. I just wonder if there is a point of no return. A point where I should start wondering if I am just not the girl for him...

he could love you and just can't bring himself to say it yet....believe it or not but for the sweet guys it takes a lot of courage for them to say i love you and know that they really mean it...don't worry....there isn't a point like that...hey he's with you....that means there's something very special about you already....don't sweat it too much...i think that he could be sure that he loves you in the future...good luck!

Loving someone and being in love are two different things. My boyfriend and I told each other that we loved each after two months. Now that means that we have deep feelings that go beyond friendship. Being in love takes time to develop. This is my opinion though. I believe that it requires patience. It took my boyfriend ten months to tell me and that is with spending practically everyday together. A long distance relationship required more work and I think that you guys need to be together more to see anything promising.
There is a point in the relationship that should be enough though. I mean if you are dating for years and spending a lot of time together, bring it up. If he does not feel the same or ready, do not wait around for him. Otherwise, try to see each more and enjoy what you have. Do not obsess over something like this until you spend more time together.

u should say that you love him and then u'll know if he does or not and love can come over time, there is a reason he is still with you.
