My guppy has black eyes?

I just got some new fish and many of them are guppies, a few of them are pregnant, i put one in the breeding trap because she looked like she was ready to give birth, but she is in there with my sons silver lyre tail molly ( I have a 3 way breeder, but did not until two hours ago put in the divider) the guppy's have just turned black, i dont mean the pupils in the center of the eye, i mean the whole eye, almost as if she doesnt have an eyeball anymore, is my fish dying?
what should i do?

Every single one of my many guppies has black eyes. Unless they atart to show other sympotoms of disease, you have nothing to worry about.

Maybe it's a sign she is stressed.  Pregnant fish should only be with there own kind anyway.  My granma always had this giant tank full of guppies and they would breed and have babies and they were perfectly safe.  She never used a breeding box or divider.  It was like an underwater town of life.  Really cool.  Hope she does alright whatever you do.
