    Well...I kept mine for a week!

    Made this great fresh cranberry sauce and FORGOT to serve it! hehehe. When you're preparing a great big meal, isn't there always something you forget? Really bugged me when I found it later!

    it depends how many times it is in and out of the fridge to be used. If it is in all the time maybe a week. But if in and out it may get watery but still good to use. I would not trust its freshness over a week.

    if the can is open already throw it already if it is in tupper wupper you can save it for a week or two.
