The most weight u can lose in a month deffers if u are a male or female and plus the age factor if u are under 20 yrs u lose more than over 20 and so on. What i think the healthy weight loss should be 1-2 kgs a week, and ofcourse the first week u lose the most wight coz u lose the body fluids mostly not fat. A good way to lose wieght is first plan ur meals. This is how i would plan mine, 6 meals a day, 3 main courses and 3 snacks. Your first meal should be early like 7am or 8am. The portions ofcourse depends on your age and height. Avoid fatty foods (FRIED), and always look for low fat or non. for snacks have a fruit.Ur last meal should be 2 hrs b4 u sleep. and last walk 30 mins a day if more excersice the better.
For food prepration always read the packs for how many kilojouls they contain. If you are a female of a height 160cm and age in early twenties or teenager then i would probabily think around 5500 kj a day to be able to loose wieght (YOU SHOULD CONSULT A REAL NUTRITIONAST OR DOCTOR) this is from my experience.
Then what you do next if you have 5500 KJ then for main meals you have 1000 KJ and it leaves u with about 833KJ for snacks.
Tips : a small apple = 250 kj = small banana = small orange.
Tomatoes = 150kj = cucmber = 3 cups lettuce.
stay away from nuts, crisps and choclate. if u like icecream low fat 2 small scoops for snacks.
And the no1 golden rule u devide ur stomach into 3 parts for each meal:
1/3 for food
1/3 for drink
1/3 for air.

believe me i try it and i lost 8 -9 pounds in less than 1 months. I tried atkins or southbeach diet or all fad diets, and i was always weak and hungry and all the lost came back after i stoped. but with this i am feel full all the time and losing weight. first you start to loss sizes and then you loss on the scale.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

there is no one can't loss weight but maybe your method no good??..
to loss weight you should eat calories less than that you burn
about me i am not really active but I try to eat calories less that I burn
yes its easy but you have to be strong not because you will be
hungry all the time(its not true) but because you will eat only healthy food ...no fast food no fries only seethed chicken and soups and fruit and vegetable,first you will eat only your 3 meals per day no more no less but this meals should contain all ingredients
now I am doing my diet till now its just one month or less but I lost 10pounds and my waist was 30" now its 28" I do exercise 2 hours per week and eat lots of fruits and vegetables
at morning 1 toast +1 egg+tea without sugar
at lunch
2 toasts+chicken+green salad
+1 cup of low fat yogurt
at evening
lots of salad+vegetables soup
at your favorite film at night
i ate pineapple+apple+orange
and try exrcises at homes

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which can be used for food.
