What \ Wot Not Shop - Avon?

Yes I do. I know exactly where it is. When you get to Westerleigh Village go past the pub on your right hand side and the Post Office opposite. travel towards Yate, you will see some building on the right, just as you are going down into a dippy. At the bottom of the dippy you will see a right hand turning, turn right it is in there. You will see doors, windows and lots of things outside. It is a very difficult and dangerous turning, so take care both turning in and coming out of there. Cars are approaching from Yate and coming over a small hill and you will not be able to see them.

Directions from Kingswood. Take the Avon Ring Road a4174 going toward Emerson's green. Keep going straight through the roundabouts until you get to the Lyde Green roundabout. There will be a Travel Inn on your left hand side. Turn right at this roundabout towards Westerleigh. Go through the next roundabout and go along the road for a couple of miles. You will see a row of houses on your right hand side and a sign post for Westerleigh, turn Left. Go along this road until you get to the junction. Turn left at this junction (it will be a triangle type junction) past the Post Office heading toward Yate. You will start to go down into a dippy and see buildings on your Right, turn at this turning. As you turn in you will see the What not shop.

Does anyone know the location of the "What Not" \ "Wot Not" shop near Yate \ Westerleigh Village in Avon.

Apparently its a place where you can buy things from other people, a bit like a market.

Postcode would be best, but decent directions from, say Kingswood would...

orch is right but i have to say the wotnot is not very good any more. there is a great garage sale on Riding Barn hill, Wick on the 3rd & 4th of feb you will find similar items as the wotnot there but all money goes to charity. also the attic is quite good (similar to wotnot) I'm not sure if its classed as fishponds or staplehill but they are in the yellow pages.

Apparently there is. I work in Yate and some of my colleagues know it. You take stuff there and they sell it for you, I don't know Westerleigh very well, but apparently it's by the Bridge (?) wherever that is.

I don't live far from Yate, but tbh I have never heard of the shop. Have you tried phoning 118118?
