they don't look like doing adertisement. why ppl send email like this with no meaning.

This is often a regular occurance. You may receive an email which is blank, got random letters, or even a apparent point to the email. They are used to distribute spyware to computers via bulk emailing.
Best advice would be to mark it as spam and try to determine whether or not an email is spam before opeing it (by checking you know the email address, and checking the subject) And run a spyware scanner.

They do this to harvest valid e-mail accounts to send future spam to. If they get a return saying the e-mail address is invalid - they know who not to send e-mails to. If no return - they add that address to every spam list they can.

They usually contain a virus and should not be opened. Don't open any email from people you don't know.
