A year ago, I bought for my friend some dietary supplements through my direct sale marketing membership at my price (I didn't make any profit on her). She recently gave me back most of them opened and used. with one unopened. I am not able to get a refund myself. Am I responsible for her money back by paying out of my pocket?

when you call those 800 numbers, there's only computer answering machine telling you to say %#$&$* and asking 'is this correct? plz say yes or no' without letting you talk to a live person?

here's the case, my boss' identity is stolen for 3 cell phone accs by didfferent carrier. AT&T is will to verify he's not responsible for the ATT acc, but T-Mobile sold the fraud acc to a collecting agency and saying that not their biz any more. my boss never received any bill or notice for all the fraud accs. do you Think T-Mobile should verify the acc holder before they sell the acc to the collecting agency thus ruined some ppl's credit? like my boss, he doesn't know anything about this until he tried to buy a car yesterday and realized he "owes" money

i beat this game once 2 years ago, now i am replaying it and found out i have no idea to get the 5th Triforce chart. i know it's around needle rock but. the thing is, maybe i sunk the Golden warship early in the game, i go back to needle rock but there's no warship anymore and the triforce chart's no where to be found... now i am stuck in the game. please help. (i can't remember how i beat the game before)

how do you guys think about the raising minimum wage. i don't like it because other expenses will be increased following that. compare with the old time (i haven't moved to the US yet, but i did hear some history of it). i think that was better and income and expenses are more balanced, wasn't it?
