Am I resposible for her remorse?
A year ago, I bought for my friend some dietary supplements through my direct sale marketing membership at my price (I didn't make any profit on her). She recently gave me back most of them opened and used. with one unopened. I am not able to get a refund myself. Am I responsible for her money back by paying out of my pocket?

No, i would say that generally she would have been entitled to her money back if she had returned the goods within about 14 days, but to have kept them for a year, and opened/used some, she is not entitled to anything. Are the goods still in date?
If you cant get any refund from your supplier you are not responsible for refunding your sale.
