What is the blue light?

I often visit the Aberdeen website and view the 3 webcams that show 3 different locations of the city. I lived there for 14 months and today I noticed a blue light in the lower right hand corner of the Castle Gate camera shot. My husband and I don't remember seeing it when we were living there.

Does anyone know what it is?

Update:

it has NOTHING to do with K-Mart seeing how that store is not located in Aberdeen, and you really need to go to the website or actually LIVE in Aberdeen to know what I"m talking about.

Follow the link and when the page loads, click on "Castle Gate Cam" and look at the bottom right corner. And if you don't live there then don't answer

    iKiosks are a digital Network which utilise touch screens to provide access for Citizen and others to interact and transact. The outdoor iKiosk units are unique in Europe and represent stunning street furniture design, waste of time and money casue they get vandalized all the time
