seems to me that the recruitment advertising is mostly on the internet these days, and the advertising on the tv is mostly for schools. Some people listen to the radio but only occasionally now do they provide a website for work unless it's county or state oriented. Newspapers have always in the past been the best place to find employment, but no longer. Maybe the disadvantages these days for tv, radio and newspaper is that people just don't have the time for those anymore because they are always on the internet.

money, money, money. . . There was a time when "good jobs" had to be hunted down, the harder you looked(it was believed), the better the resulting job would be. This may, or may not have been true, The consensus these days seems to be to advertise your job where it will be seen by the most people(makes sense?) so it's the Internet all the way,'cos it's the cheapest and most widely available
