Why dont you people actually READ the questions?????

Ok... It is ridiculous.... I see many people asking questions... trying to find an answer to this problem or that... And there are COUNTLESS jerks who keep on "answering" without actually READING the damn questions....

WHY?

Is it only for the lousy 2 points? Or do you simply think you are superior to all and just by glancing at a question you immediately know what it is being asked and, obviously, the answer....

Why dont you try READING the question... And when you are done.. READ again a couple of times just to be sure.... Especially if its longer than 2 sentences..

And if you know what it is about and realy understand the problem and have a strong opinion, then answer it...

Dont degrade this site by acting like writing in a simple forum... You are answering a question for which another person might actually need an answer... Dont you think you should at least respect that by READING the question...

Just a thought.... rather long one, but a thought nonetheless

To begin, I wish there were more ppl like you on here. I must say, you are very refreshing, indeed!

Secondly, I have to read the whole question and, quite frankly, I could give a rats a** about the d**ned points. They're going to stack up eventually. (Patience is a gift!)

Anyway, I have to give my long responses. Some of them are short; some are kinda cocky...not really mean; but all in all, they're about as long as a short story.

    To elaborate a bit:

Sometimes I'll ask a question because I truly am looking for an answer, hence said site. Mostly, I will ask a question even if I have my own opinion, or already know the answer. This is called, curiosity. I am curious to know what other people have to say.

Also, I won't answer a question just to try to win Best Answer with a response that I think'll please the asker (a complete cop out, and I see this all the time), I just answer the way I see fit.

I don't dance around with my responses, I just tell it like it is. If I get poor ratings, who cares?! You never really know the source behind the ratings, do you?

I hope you've been able to gleen a bit from what I've given to you.

You're a gentle lad for sticking your neck out like this. After all, this is the opportunity to do just that! (Viva la internet!!!)

Have a great New Year and cheers!!!

I strongly agree with you. Majority of the questions being asked need some sound advice or suggestions. Some people are not sensitive to this. I, for one, was a victim of some people being nasty and mean with their answers. I hope that in the future, the "Yahoo! Answers Team" can devise a way in which the impertinent answers or insults to the asker will be deleted by the team, once the answer is posted or published. Perhaps, there should be a "Yahoo Review Team" to do this task.

the extremely some questions approximately indexed under are a mile long. no person needs to verify a existence tale and take a examine out and answer it. the extremely some questions approximately indexed under are written via monkeys. you could slightly understand WTH they're attempting to assert. some do no longer supply you sufficient ideas to verify the undertaking, or the hypothetical is SO hypothetical it is pointless (like portray the sky purple). some ask a questions - then answer it themselves, so what's the factor in even answering?

Word. Maybe Yahoo! should remove the "points" element from this forum. Sure, it's fun to answer questions for status points, but it sure encourages a lot of people to post crap.

I also don't understand why some people think it's okay to be overly-bitchy in their responses, either, but that's a question for another day...

I agree some people do ask serious questions and would like a serious answer. There are some on here that thinks it is funny to give their dumb answers that do not evev relate to the question!!! Then you have those that do try.

I think some people do read the question and they are trying to provide the person with some positive feed back.

I agree with you,I am sick and tired of people that don't have a good answer because they didn't read the question and the question details.

Instead of saying "you people" you should say some people. Because alot of people actually do read the questions and have good advice for others.
