how do i restore my computer?

I think i deleted something so when i type it doesnt enter very fast or it stops half way through but the important thing is that anytime i get a mail saying that someone has added me on another website or i get a best answer and i want to go back to it thru the link it says it has to close down cuz internet explorer has encounted some problems but this never happened so many times like it now after i deleted some programs yesterday which im sure i didnt delete any internet explorer stuff please help and THANX

    Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, then System Restore. Follow the instructions from there.

    System Restore stores the last 15 settings. If you have not installed anything recently, try returning to a setting a few days or a week ago to see if it helps.
