How to stop interference in a TV from a treadmill?

13 inch, RCA on a table near the treadmill. Plugged into different outlets. Last year when I used it, it was not so bad. Now it's snowy and with diagonal lines.

A quad shield cable will help with interference. As the name implies it is shielded 4 times as much as regular cables. Radio shack has them in lots of sizes as well as black or white. Also make sure that your treadmill and TV are both grounded Preferably not to each other.

Move the treadmill as far away as possible from the TV. Some appliances affect one another due to resonant frequencies.
