That happened to me after breastfeeding for a year. Now a year later they are still smaller. Either gain weight or embrace and rock what you now have. Good luck!

Yes, dear. This is normal. I started out with a small C cup and an overflowing B cup (does this make sense?).
Anyway, with my first born, went down a bit. With my second, went down even more to what I have now: I am a 32 A.
Don't plan on having any implants. That, in my opinion, would be just nonsense. They won't feel or look the same and people, especially women, can usually tell the difference just by looking at a passer-by.
You have kids, you will wear it: the mark of a mother. Though, I didn't gain the weight and develop stretch marks (in some cases, tons of stretch marks) like most mothers, I did get the spider veins and the shrunken boobs. Which would you choose? I am afraid the grass is always greener in some instances and a toss-up in others.
Like one of the other respondents mentioned, try to make the best of it and accentuate your strengths. I guess you could call what Mother Nature left me as mosquito bites rather than a mouth full.....no, just kidding. I have fullness, just not like before motherhood when I had overflowing melons. Hey, you enjoyed them while you had them, right? Just be grateful that you had them for a time. I enjoyed mine, too, for a time, but now I am a member of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. So, tell me? What about our bodies EVER staying the way they were when we were 21? Think Mother Nature has ever granted this wish to ANY woman?
Hope this helps...

This is definately normal as I've experienced it myself. I have read that when your period returns regularly that each month a little fat is deposited back into your breasts again, hence slowly filling them out. I emphasise the slowly bit here as I haven't noticed anything amazing happening to me and it's been a few years. And at the end of the day, they will never be the same again. The best tip I have is to buy flattering bras and tops to accentuate what you do have.

1. Get pregnant again.
2. Gain weight.
3. Be happy with your new breasts and the wonderful thing they did for a year.
I vote for number 3.
