Transsexuals, just how perfect are the surgeries?

To keep my answer short, yes and no. It depends upon the patient. In about 90% of male-to-females who have their gender surgically changed, the result is pretty much perfect. The average person who doesn't know, won't know. The only problem is that the new vagina cannot lubricate itself like a natural woman's will when sexually aroused. Other than that...

The end results for Female-to-male surgeries aren't nearly as impressive and usually require mechanical/inflatible assists in order to have a normal sex life. This is due to the lack of nerve material that is available in FTM patients.

THEY ARE PRETTY DARN AMAZING.

Especially the Male to Female's. Take the v*gina. They can literally strip away most of the flesh from the male p*nis and leave just the tip of the head, then fold and sew it back inside and use the tip for the Clit*ris, so that it has "feelings" like a regular one a woman has. The reason this works is quite simple:

In the first 2 months in the womb, all infants, even those who are XX and XY are the same. This is because no instructions have yet been given for the Ovaries to "drop" down, the V*gina lips to seal (creating the LINE down the center of the scrotal sac EVERY MAN HAS) and the Cl*t*is to enlarge and become a P*nis. When these instructions are given, OR when an Androgen wash of sufficent magnitude comes through to make this happen, even an XX genetically female child, in the womb, will suddenly take on male genetalia. Simply because of a hard hormone wash in the womb. So, we see here that the only true difference between male and female is the cervix and womb.

So, by separating the scr*tal sac, and lasering away the hair, you can reform the v*gin*l lips. By removing the Testes, you remove the source of male hormoes (for the greatest part), and by trimming away at the p*nis, you can reform the cl*toris. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS: The opening is not normal and therefore a glass/plastic dildo has to be inserted every day to 3 days to keep the new (physically) female "open" and able to perform. Otherwise, penetration could be hurtful.

Also, take the case of female bodybuilders. When they do to much bodybuilding, their Cl*toris' get to much Testosterone/Androgen and they can become enlarged to the size of a large male thumb, this is called "CLIT*RAL HYPERTROYPHY." This is also used sometimes on Female to Male patients.

I have been with a post-op transsexual and the results are amazing. And from what I have been told, the surgeries have been perfected by many so that the results are undetectable by all but medical professionals. The biggest difference is in the depth. Trans women are just not as deep as genetic women. In my case, I was only able to penetrate my partner half way. Most trans women also have to artificially lubricate themselves before sex, so that could also have been a giveaway.

I hear that Thailand has perfected the procedure to the point that it is almost impossible to tell.

Especially the Male to Female but it is never going to be as good as the real thing.

I think that people should just accept what they are and not try to change it.

Except for a very small percentage of people everyone both men and women will regard you as a freak show for the rest of your life.

Society is by far more accepting of people being gay than they are of people being transgendered.

the only way this could be true, is if they've never had sex.

and if she has a very small build. you can usually tell if a person is a man or woman, simply by looking at the size of the face. men's faces are much larger. if she didn't get the sex-change until she was 26, she would've been a fully grown man.

believe it or not, some surgeries are really that good, i know of a doctor in California who did my friend Jessica and whoa. i mean whoa!!! it looked amazing but in all honesty, about 90% of the transsexuals out there who do get SRS dont end up getting a vagioplasty, that's the one thing that pretty much makes it look really lagit.
