Some foods high in potassium are oranges, nectarines, cantaloupe, broccoli, potatoes (eat the skin), legumes (peas, navy, pinto, lima beans, etc.), and poultry.
Milk also has a good deal of potassium. One more reason "it does a body good" ;0)

well besides bananas, cantaloupe, greens, lentils, oranges, and potatoes also contain potassium
