Puppy teeth can start falling out around 4 months, as late as 7 months. So somewhere in that range.
They start to lose that puppy look around 6-7 months of age.

Puppies start losing their incisior, (the 8 upper and lower between the canines) at about 4 months, the adult canine teeth come in at about 6 months.

The easiest way is to ask your vet. They can usually estimate pretty accurately the age of your dog. A more time consuming way would be research. The breed of dog...how much the average dog of that breed weighs at certain ages...the size at certain ages...this will give you an approximate idea. However, if your pup is a mixed breed, this information may not be available.

If her front teeth are very sharp and small, and one has just come out, she is probably around 2 to 3 months.
