natural pregnancy: do a twin pregnancy go to the full term? or do you have the babies a bit earlier?

Some twins make it full-term, but most likely they will be early. I don't know if I've ever known anyone to have full-term twins, but it does happen. It's rare, but it happens.

It really just depends on the woman. I did hear that twins come early, at about 37 weeks and weigh less than an average baby. But my cousin gave birth to twins in Nov. and she was 1 wk passed her edd, and the babies came out 7lbs each. So i think it just depends on the woman.

That depends on your body and the babies. My OB/GYN took my twins 7 weeks early, but one had a very low heart rate. The longer the babies stay in the womb, the stronger and more developed they will be.
