Nothing too serious in nudity, but there are some strong sexual situations. The film isn't for children because the topic of the film would confuse them. It's not a simple story, and there are some bizarre subplots. Kate turns in a great performance, but it is very strange. I doubt young people would enjoy it much, unless they are very serious types.

I think that the movie is very good. So good that I own it. But, i do believe there is a limit on age. I probably wouldnt let anyone under 16 watch and only because many teenagers aren't able to comprehend a movie like that. I'm 25 and I had to watch it twice just to get the full effect.

I think it's actually OK for kids to see it in the terms you pointed out..those scenes are reasonable as far as I am concerned, However, if he's 6 or 7 years old he might not understand the idea outlined in the movie...

my 12 year old sister watched it and it was a really good movie. there are a few bad parts though... i don't really know if any younger kids should watch it though. i think you should watch it first and then you will know if you want her to watch it or not. My sister said she had to watch it a few times to understand what was going on and even then it was still tough to understand completely.

It's not bad no, but I doubt they'll like it... it was a very disappointing movie, extremely bizzare and serious plot.

Stick with the rating guide. It's rated R, so if their under 17, they shouldn't see it.
