okay... i saw someone wearing these shoes and i really want them!!! theyre flats and they have a strap across them kinda close to the toes... and it has this little button thing (like a cloth-covered button). im pretty sure it was nine west but i looked and didnt see it there so i dont know. it kinda looks like this one

plan B: you could get the ones that were really close but had a buckle. then remove the metal part of the buckle and superglue the strap to the side, then buy a cute fabric covered button to also add ontop of the strap with superglue.....hard case btw.
