Brake pedal sticking when in Park/BRAKE dash light coming on?

It's normal for the brakes to be hard to push without the engine running, you have no vacuum.

The light is probably coming on because your fluid is a bit low, This happens when the brakes wear.

Well the reason you can't depress the brake pedal with the car off is because there is no power assist. You can pump it maybe 2 or 3 times then it gets harder, right?

I wouldn't worry about the brake light, just the car overreacting, and it only happens when you brake hard right? if it stayed on then i'd be worried.

somtimes your brake cylinder sticks and that light means to have it checked as soon as possible cuz they could seize up and your car wont move eneyware so have sombody look at it as soon as possible without it running your brake flued has no prusher to alow the brakes to feal right so thell feal stiff or allmost not there

Ok the brakes are a safety feature for the car and any time you think that there is a problem with them you should go to the shop and have it checked out...

the fluid level is down.in the reservoir.

due to brakes pads wear out.

if they are not noising then only refill the reservoir.
