how do i get skid marks out of my underpants, and prevent them from coming back?

If you wish to keep your underwear, pre-treat them with a product such as Shout, Wisk stain, Off, etc...(or Then wash your underwear with bleach or a bleach alternative. (If you have high blood pressure--Do Not Use Bleach, or get someone else to do the laundry with Bleach)

If doing the deep knee bends causes the skid marks, then it sounds like you are not eliminating fully when you have a bowl movement. Try a higher fiber diet, or if worse comes to worse try an enema such as Fleet.

Then continue to clean thoroughly after each bowl movement. Try using the flush-able type of wet wipes..

Carry around baby wipes to wipe & start w/ some brand new underwear. Yoss the skidded... If you have or ever get a lady in your life, she will be impressed that you use baby wipes... TRUST ME

Throw out the poopy pants Umm perhaps ur not wiping well enough, does ur booty itch? Perhaps u need to take a shower after each poop? Perhaps ur hair is an issue, have ur wife shave it or get a brazillian wax ur booty will be hair free and poopless

Wipe your butt better. Chances are if you get the poop the first time, it won't come back and give you skid marks.

Wash in hot water and bleach. Then be sure you are wiping thoroughly after each b.m. If there is no t.p. use your sock and discard.

Skid marks are good, they color code your underwear so you can tell which way they go one. Brown in back, Yellow in front.

Find a corn field and stock up on corn cobs.

i had the same problem until i used nair on my butt, crack and around the hole.burns a little at first but safer than sticking a razor up there.
