Make sure it is the TOP (Active) page, then try ALT + F4 together.

Look at the bottom of your screen. See the page tray with the buttons for each page or document that you have open? (Between the START button in the left corner and the time in the right corner) Right click on the page tray "button" for the page that you want to close. Select: close.
