Cure Period Notice?

Can some one explain me? I am selling a house in AZ; buyers are having some problem with their loan according to my RE agent. He had emailed me a form to be sign by me " Cure Period Notice”.

The documents suppose to be completed on 1-8-2007 and I extended that in the contract for 7 extra business days. What am my rights as a seller, how long can I wait until the buyer with come with the approved loan?

I can't wait forever-is there a limit time? Its says on the form that after 3 days to failure to complete it will become a breach of contract. Thanks,

if the contract says it will be void in three days if they do not have funds....three days!! after that you are not in contract with them any more and you are free to sell to others. if you are not comfortable with the way financing is going tell you agent before you sign any thing!! you really need to be discussing this w/ your re.....he's there to work for you.
