question to HR professional about exclusive assignments?
My friend is talking to a recruiter about a position in a good size company. It is a real position because he got the job descriptions, etc. but, the job is not listed on their company web site under career. It does seem everything else is listed there (some other positions that are the same level as this one), but, not this one. Just can't figure out why would the company choose not to list the position on their own web site.

maybe they were looking internally first and he stumbled upon it. Chances are they were going to post after he found it. Just wish him luck and support him in his new job if he lands it.
