Healthy home made snacks?

I'm NOT looking for ideas like grapes, celery with peanut butter, rice cakes, etc. I love to bake, but I would like to find some healthier alternatives to cookies and brownies. And please don't refer me to a website. I want recipes that you have tried and/or tasted yourself.

properly, each and every so often its a low-carb/severe-fiber tortilla unfold with some ranch dressing and rolled around a pair slices of un-cured smoked ham and colbey cheese. And, each and every so often its a million/2 cup cocktail peanuts mixed with a million/4 cup dried craisens. Tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich devoid of the bread! Or, there are those different moments that could comprise some toddler carrots and celery sticks with Mezzettos Sundried Tomato Greek Yogurt dip.

There's no cooking involved, really, but some dried cranberries, cherries or raisins, Walnuts, pecans or assorted nuts and chocolate chips, and dry mix them together in a bowl to create a healthy and delicious trail mix! Great for snacking on during a movie! Enjoy!

When I was a teen, we used to make our own mini-pizzas, by topping English muffins with either spaghetti sauce (or if we were "flush", actual pizza sauce), cheese and whatever toppings we liked. Bake them in a toaster oven 'til cheese melts and voila!

Another fave that's almost a meal is microwave nachos. Load up a plate w/your favorite tortilla chips, mix in some cheddar cheese, add salsa and nuke 'til cheese melts (again!). Top w/sour cream or cottage cheese. You can use this same basic formula and make it more elaborate by adding ground beef or turkey, canned chili, and topping w/shredded lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Nachos grande!
