the video on the news item. or can not get to see or hear the video at all ,how do l get this to work. Help please.l like to watch news video on some of the channels. l am lost without it.

u need to dl a video player such as real player or windows media center

You either do not have the correct player plugin (software), or try another news/video channel or website. Remedy, on the website you are referring to, install the plugin. Alternatively, switch to another website.

if ur talking bout the computer, then u have to go to the start icon in the left bottom corner, go to the control panel, look for garphics and sound devices and audio icon. Click and see wats the problem. If ur talking bout the t.v., i cant help u at all lol.
