What is the cuddliest breed of dog? (I think it's my dog!)?

Oh Airedales - Mine is like a giant teddy, especially at the moment cause his fur is long - and Boxers, because mine are the most affectionate animals in the universe! Basil ( my boxer ) will stand up with his paws round me for hours if i let him!!

For this question, I can't really single out any breed. Some dogs just love to be with you whether its, cuddling, sitting in your lap, sleeping in your bed or whatever. Some are so hyper they don't make the perfect little cuddle bug because they can't stay still for too long. It all depends on the dog.

I have a Pomeranian and he's a little bit of both sides. He loves to play however, when he settles down, he loves to come to me and let me have him.

When i went to pick him out amongst himself and his brothers & sisters, they all had different personalities! Some were extremely playful and only paid attention to their siblings, some were extremely friendly and rolled over so that I could rub the belly, some were shy, and some just didnt care if they were playing with their siblings or in your lap.

I also have to agree with cocker spaniels! I have had a few different breeds of loving dogs- but none that loved my lap and loved cuddling as much as my male CS. He is that way with my husband and kids too. If you're in the market for a CS (or any dog breed) make sure you get one from a breeder that has had them in the home and around as many people (inc. children) as possible.

I vote for Cocker Spaniels! When I was a little girl I had one and she was the sweetest most cuddliest dog in the world! She spent most of her time in my lap, loved hugs and gave kisses!

I have to say cocker spaniels also! I breed them and love them to pieces! They are always wanting to play and snuggle and cuddle! What breed do you have?

A red haired miniature dachshund name Delta, my one and only angel, loves to sit on your lap and sleep and, sleep with me every night.

Any dog that has been well socialized. They all have the potential to be fantastic cuddle-bugs.

in my opinion, i think that puggles are the cutest! puggles are a mix of beagles and pugs. they have beagle faces and pug bodies. they are so cute!!!
