People use to manipulate the Valdri in this song and sing Valerie to me when I was a kid...so I grew up thinking they were really singing Valerie in this song. I was 25 when I realized they were really singing Valdri. I was in the Disney store and they had the words sliding below a video of the song. I'll admit I was a little sad when I learned the truth. Even though, I grew up hating the song because people would always manipulate that word and sing it to me when I was a kid. Now I'm 48...but I'm curious...What does Valdri mean?

Maybe they never hang together and that's why I can't find it...but I've googled it and I'm lost.

Believe it or not, even though my husband and I are 47, we've never been to Vegas. But we'd like to go this summer and have been researching hotels. We've narrowed it down to these 4 because of price and comfort. The things that are important to us are: quiet, comfortable beds, solid a/c, and a good pool would be nice.

My city hasn't had school for the last two days because of "severe weather conditions". Here in South Texas that means a little ice. It's cool actually looking out and seeing icicles hanging from the eaves. But I'm about to go crazy with cabin fever. What can I do to entertain myself till I go back (hopefully) to work tomorrow? I've read 2 books and worked tons of crosswords already.

For me, it's the drilling. I'm always afraid I'll get my tongue in the way and he'll drill a whole through my tongue. I don't care how much they tell me I can't do it because they are holding my tongue etc. I feel like I can and will do it. It's an extreme phobia of mine! I sit in the chair with my back arched the whole time he's drilling.
