A herd of cows...a pack of dogs...What is a group of armadillos called?

Maybe they never hang together and that's why I can't find it...but I've googled it and I'm lost.

according to my info there is not a group name because they are a North American animal and most of those names came from Europe.

    Interesting question!

From what I understand, armadillos are solitary except for when a female ventures out with her young. There may be an occ. meeting between animals but it would be brief. (Except for the mating season, late Summer)

Armadillos are, I believe, solitary creatures - they're not gregarious, and don't travel together. They will only interact for mating purposes.
