Why do I have to type password everytime I open a webpage or site? Eversince i launch my yahoo music.?

This always pop up.

Content advisor : example 'The rating label found for "http://games.msn.com/%22 does not belong to this page. It is intended for "http://stj.msn.com"/ instead.

I can not use Internet explorer because it is becoming very annoying.

Update:

I need to get rid of it. because I am not the only person using this computer yet it is asking for my password whenever they use it.

    The use of passwords is designed to protect you from others' unauthorized use or misuse of your information. It also allows web page owners some protection/control with regards to who uses their sites.
