Can anyone please tell me how to get in touch with the NY Times contributing editor, Thomas Friedman?

I have tried Google, Ask.com.....The only thing I can up with is to subscribe to the NY Times Select to get his email address. I don't want to have to pay for his email address when all I want to do is comment on his most recent article. Does anyone else have any ideas? All help will be appreciated.

    There is a link on this page that says is his e-mail. You have to sign up for the nytimes online though, and I forgot my name and password.

    (Tried again. Says you have to sign up for Times Select when I click the link. WTF?)
