My nutcase of a neighbour drilled a hole in my driveway...he thinks its on his side but the survey says...?
MY SIDE!!!
I can't stand the guy and would like to make is life as difficult as possible. Not that I'm a vengeful person or anything... it's just that he's a very difficult and unreasonable person (who drills a hole in another person's driveway???).
Any ideas on how to legally make him pay?

Oh my goodness. Go to court and enforce a no trespassing law against him.

as long as you can prove that the part he is making a hole in is yours then you can require that he pay for the damages. since you and him allready dont have a good relationship.. this wont help that but it will at least keep him from making holes in your property.
I would advise him that the land he is drilling belongs to you and since you said you can prove it you might have to prove it to him. Once you have made that step, there are a couple ways you can go. Depending on the size of the hole.. you can have someone who does concrete patch work come out and give you an estimate and tell your neighbor this is what its going to cost.. or possibly have him patch the hole if he is handy but i dont know on the kind of terms you will be on once you bring to him the property issue.
Worst case scenerio, you have it fixed.. send him the bill and if he doesnt pay then you may have to take him to small claims court to get your $... sad but thats how it goes sometimes. best of luck to you.

Is this the first time that he's done something to your property? If so, and if it's a small hole, I would patch it up and show him a copy of the property plan to indicate where the property line is and leave it like that until the next incident. Next, you should start doing research and find info regarding property disputes and document things the next time 'cos it may take more time and energy to get through legal red tapes, etc. Good luck.

Since you have proof that he drilled on your side, you can take him to court and ask that he pay for damages. Get photographs, and other physical evidence that the judge can look at.

Get bids on repairing it, then take your paperwork to either your HOA or small claims court along with documentation of property boundaries and photographs. ALSO, if there are witnesses who SW him do it, you can subpoena them as well.
Good luck with that!

sue him for big amounts
or
send you kids over asking for money like 10 times a day to go to a mission/ charity. also send them over for a cup of sugar, then they " trip" and have to ask for another.
Or
you could do both

small claims court...get a county assessor to ensure it is on your property...get a report saying so...take pictures and then take to small claims court...no lawyer needed.
