I have a Gaggia which is actually the brand of the first espresso machine invented by Italian Mr Gaggia. It's great, no complaints.

The science behind the perfect esspresso is so complicated, that there is neither the time or the space available to explain it. Long story short. You need the perfect temperature of hot water to secrete the "Crema" at the top of the esspresso (A beige colored cream that tops the cup) as well as the perfect water pressure. Any real Italian brand is excellent for this, for they have temperature and pressure regulators. I have a Nuove Simmonelli, and it cost me $1500 used.

I have the kind you use on top of a stove. I bought it many years ago .I think that it cost under ten bucks. Any Italian gocery store should have one and they do work.

u can buy one at starbucks they are realy good um the taste it is better than starbucks a matter of fact im sipping on one wright now.ps they are aaddicting do they have a patch fro coffey
