Any rumors about Tony Stewart going to Hendricks Racing?

Tony is in a contract with The Home Depot until 2008 and how much do you know about Tony to think he would go to Hendricks. He doesn't get along with Jeff Gordon well enough and Lowe's and Home Depot being on the same team-uhhh NO! lol

Really, if Tony was going to do anything I think he would race for himself or for Jr.! He has a great team at Gibbs Racing, he won't let that go. And Home Depot is a great sponsor for him, especially, if something in house needs to be repaired, they just send people out to fix it! (You know the real experts!)

There are rumors, but why would Tony Stewart want to leave Joe Gibbs when he has won 2 championships there? There has been only one Hendrick champion since Tony won it in 2002 (Jimmie Johnson in 2006). He will stay at Joe Gibbs. Hendrick is set and he can't have more than 4 full time teams anyway because of the new NASCAR rule to restrict Hendrick and Roush to a maximum of 4 teams after contracts are up.

Only rumors about a Tony move. He is committed to driving for Gibbs racing Thur 2008 and with Home Depot sponsorship he would be not to smart to move. Plus he doesn' t like Jeff Gordon and Hendricks has Lowe's as a sponsor a competitor of Home Depot.

There may be rumors but Tony would be crazy to do that. He has already won 2 cups and think about all that money he would give up.

I believe Tony will stay with Joe Gibbs. They are a tight family there, and why would anyone want to be team mates with Jeff Gordon?

No the rumors are not true, there was 1 car opening due to Brian Vickers leaving. But the position was filled by Casey Mears.

i have not heard of this.but lets remember these drivers are professional athletes.what do athletes like the most?MONEY!!

just like any athlete they are gonna go where the money is best,barring a salary cap,which nascar does not have.the newest example of this is in soccer.beckham to las angelas.

lets hope it is not true of tony going to hendricks,but if he does i hope he continues to do well.
