has anyone tried the cabbage soup diet?

i started today, i do plan to diet and exercise regularly after this week. can anyone who has tried this tell me any side effects from this, how do you feel during the week, did you lose the weight, was it harder then you thought, etc. ????

    I did it for 2 weeks I lost 11lbs. The reason why I stopped was because I felt too weak to continue and I honestly got tired of the soup. I gotta say that even though it has alot of vitamins it isnt good enough or atleast not for 2 weeks. If you are gonna try it, take supplements with it as well, and if you start feeling weak eat something soft because if you start eating too much you will gain all the weight you lost and more.

    Also, when making the soup do not add olive oil, its a huge mistake on this diet.

    I have attempted the soup vitamin. I love cabbage soup however it's real what they are saying that whenever you quit any vitamin you reap ALL the burden proper again the first-class vitamin is to observe what you consume and recreation.

    I tried it it made me sick weak and very tired. I saw this better soup called miracle soup...
