Do you think politicians who want to give up in Iraq should be required to sign a surrender?
I propose that any politician who want to pull out of Iraq without a clear victory there should have to sign a document that states "I surrender to terrorism and and radical Islam." That way when the next 9-11 comes, we will clearly know who was at fault.
Any of y'all who think Iraq has nothing to do with the terrorist threat against the US have evidently been only listening to liberal politicians and the mainstream media. Every Soldier who's been to Iraq understands the long term threat from radical Islam, and what a loss in Iraq would mean to our future security. Any of you doves out there want to claim real national security credibility?
Here's the best explanation of the threat I've seen yet: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8fa9yKQeTY&mode=re...

That is preposterous. There is no valid proof that their opinions will lead to the level of disaster that you imply. You are proposing that politicians opposing the war in Iraq support terror; which is absurd. They are intitled to their opinions as afforded to them through the Constitution of the United States of America, just as you are.
An example of the reverse to your rhetoric would be a proposal that every politician that supports the war in Iraq supports terror, becuase the reasons that we have troops in Iraq were actually a lie. And these politicians should be forced to sign a surrender that states, "I surrender to terrorism and radical politicians."

People have this belief that to be a terrorist you must be a Muslim but this is far from the truth. Look at North Ireland, those are Christian terrorist groups fighting it out.
Oklahoma City Bombing? Remember that one. White Christian attacking a government building. Waco, Manson, Unibomber, KKK all Christian and all hate America.
If another terrorist attack does happen in America, don't be so quick to assume it was done by a Muslim because terrorist attacks in America are far less perpetrated by Muslims.
The answer to your question is no because it is not a surrender. Not to forget to mention that it is not up to any politician, it is up to the decider, George Bush, if we pull out or not.

here is the mark of a true conservative.
don't worry so much about actual issues, like terrorism.
instead worry about being able to assess blame when the next attack comes.
iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and the war on terror.
we would do more to damage terrorists by bombing saudi arabian banks than continue to fight in iraq, but that won't stop radical cons from continuing to play games with war and security...

You mean the 9-11 that had NOTHING to do with Iraq? lol.
No, and your question is loaded. You obviously dont want an answer, but want to blabber on & on. Why not head over to the Rush Limbaugh message boards?
Gee, I guess all the neo-CONS want to fight radical Islamism with radical Christianity. sigh. Tear apart Iraq and create a new one here, just with different names and gods.

Yes I do. To the other people who answered your question, Do you remember, or have read about, what happened in South Vietnam when we pulled out? Millions of S. Vietnam citizens, were slaughtered by the N. Vietnam communist troops.

I propose that every politician who wants to STAY in Iraq be sent to the front lines to fight this war.
So, you don't think that being Iraq has created more terrorists than have been killed?

The vast majority of the signers will be from the left, so you will have to add a 2nd page addendum to state if the polls change we can reverse our decision.

An American citizen who wishes America to lose ANY war needs to have their citizenship revoked and move to the moon!

i'll agree to that...when all the politicians who still think the war is a good idea are willing to sign all the death certificates of our soldiers.
