when something is frustrating and weighing on your mind, you tend to think waaaaay too hard about it. stop for a moment, maybe 10 minute, to think about and visualize doing something you really enjoy. usually by the time that 10 minutes is up, some of the tension has left you and a more viable solution has come to mind.

If Im doing something that frustrates me, I usually leave it for a while to get a break, then come back afterwards when my mind are clear.

I handle mine by watching a funny movie, going for a long walk(start out fast paced and slow down, plus it's great exercise!), talking a long hot bubble bath and soaking in the tub, working on something creative that you enjoy doing (scrap booking works for me or writing poetry), & praying while you walk does wonders too!

Importantly, seek comfort in the Lord. Talk about your frustrations to close friends or relatives or lover or counselors of church. Get it out and take it easy. Have faith in God that everything will be fall right into place.

I take very deep breathes, and think through whatever is bothering me. Sometimes I figure out the answers after a good nights sleep.

try to take deep breathes, and relax a lot. Also listen to your favourite music, and do exercise.
