Hair for job interview?
I have a job interview this Monday with child care center. Normally I wear my hair down during an interview but this time I was thinking of putting it in a simple but cute up do. I do recall fidgeting with my hair during interviews in the past so I want to put it up so that it is out of my way. Is it better to wear my long hair down or up? I want to make a good impression.

I've worn my hair both ways for job interviews. The interviewer wants to see you're facial expressions and smile clearly while you're communicating your thoughts and feelings. I think if you have long hair that may fall into your face during an interview, putting it up is a good idea. Then you won't fuss with it during the interview either. You might also want to consider what is the norm for the job that you want to do. If you look like you belong there by dressing the part and fixing your hair like everyone else, it can only help your job interview.

i'm graduating this 12 months so i've got been reading up on interviews a lot. women who positioned on their hair pulled returned to an interview are perceived as taking their job greater heavily and working greater solid than people who positioned on theirs down. choose for some thing trouble-free and present day, like a low ponytail with an element section, and the hair elastic coated by skill of a strand of hair held with a bobby pin or small clip. additionally, women who positioned on makeup (no longer heavy makeup, yet adequate for a sophisticated look) are perceived as being larger earners, which in fact interprets into being greater powerful workers, so this too could help on an interview. the two a variety of prepare as quickly as you have gotten the job, too.

i personally would wear it up,,,, as its most likely you would wear it pulled back or up for this type job, since working with little children requires alot of moving around , bending over etc..
