Red wine vinaigrette recipe?
I'm looking for an easy olive oil and red wine vinegar salad dressing. I wasn't sure of the ratio of the oil to the vinegar. All of your recipe ideas will be helpful. Thanks a bunch!!! :)

Try a ration of three parts olive oil to one part red wine vinegar. Now all this is a matter of taste. I prefer a little more vinegar. But foremost is use an excellent estate extra virgin olive oil. I would recommend an oil from Provence - olive flavor, soft, a tad buttery. An oil from Tuscany would be great. Not all olive oils will taste the same. Use a good imported red wine vinegar.
