I agree with that statement. Pointing the thumb back at myself makes sense. We know that we can't control the actions of other people. No matter who it is, at times they will do things that will be in conflict with our desires or expectations. So when we get angry at someone, it's only because they are not meeting our expectations. That anger comes from your "self". We have the power to react differently.
