After you log into your yahoo account and you go to your 360, click the top text navigation that says My Blog. If you have any entries already, look to the left, there will be a tag cloud if you have written any words as tags. If not, then go to any of your entries and click edit. Wait for the page to load and scroll down, you should see the word Tags below it- enter whatever you wish to. Then resave your post. as for waves, if you mean the smileycon's- you can add those on your post by clicking the yellow smiley face on your blog as you type- a small window will open and you'll be able to insert those.

    Hope this helps you out.

You can't add your own emoticons; they're preset by Yahoo depending on the country you're in. Yahoo UK/Ireland, Canada, the U.S. each have different emoticons.

As for the tag cloud, there's an 'Edit tag' link below each of our blog entries. You can click it to add a tag or you can click to 'Edit' or 'Compose' a blog entry, you'll see the word 'Tag' with an empty box below it where you can enter your tags.

After you've entered your first tag, the tag cloud will appear on your blog page.
