can anyone help my hair!!!!!!!!!?????? prem nightmare!?

my room mate premed my hair I KNOW IT WAS STUPID OF ME TO LET HER DO THIS but I didn't think that anything would happen I never had a prem before. I keep triming it so my dead ends will go away but they come back after a week or two, dose anyone know of any good conditioner, or vitamins for hair?

    I have very dry, brittle hair. To keep it looking and feeling great I warm olive oil and apply it generously to my hair, wrap it in a towel for an hour or so then wash it out. If I need an extra boost I'll use my hairdryer on low, warm heat while it's wrapped in a towel or I'll put my hair in a braid and keep it in over night. Also, thin your shampoo with a little water then add an egg yolk and shake to mix. The yolk has protien that's great for your hair. Make sure you put your shampoo in the fridge so the egg doesn't spoil.

    K- Pak Conditioner by Joico. It can be used as a daily conditioner or left in for 5-10 min.s for deep conditioning.

    Jojoba oil is good too. You can use just tiny bit each day to tame frizzies. Jojoba oil is non-comedogenic (won't cause zits) and has no scent.

    go to the salon, one that specializes in hair care. and let them bring your hair back to life
