bosses are being unfair?

i missed 4 days from work last week, I miscarried, they don't know that, but that is why I took the time off, they asked for a medical excuse and I gave them one. but this week, I found out another person has been hired to do my job, and they are ignoring me. they didn't even make eye contact with me in this weeks meeting. my emails are also being ignored.I have seen them do this before, right before they can someone they act this way. now I am sicker than a DOG but I am at work for fear of missing any more days. other than this my attendance is good, I'm always early, etc. what would you do? I could have taken a lot more time off if I wanted to.
