i missed 4 days from work last week, I miscarried, they don't know that, but that is why I took the time off, they asked for a medical excuse and I gave them one. but this week, I found out another person has been hired to do my job, and they are ignoring me. they didn't even make eye contact with me in this weeks meeting. my emails are also being ignored.I have seen them do this before, right before they can someone they act this way. now I am sicker than a DOG but I am at work for fear of missing any more days. other than this my attendance is good, I'm always early, etc. what would you do? I could have taken a lot more time off if I wanted to.

I have a wound, golf ball size, started with an ingrown hair near anus. Outpatient here in Hawaii, dug it out and packed it with guaze, today i am shaking and sweating from all the morphine they injected in me, I have no after care instructions or antibiotics, I am in pain, I also have no med. insurance. Who can help me? What do I do? I feel as though the outpatient was "under the table" and have founf no help by going to the emergency room, PLEASE help.

I have diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I'm a heart attack waiting to happen. I love healthy food, problem is. I love the junk too. Can you offer me some specific recipes that consider my health probs? I want to have godd-for-me food made so I don't just reach for the junk.

But more times than not, he is lazy, doesn't communicate, unmotivated, self centered, and moody. I am having a hard time differentiating the swings from sheer laziness. I am responsible for everything solely on my own, I work, cook for the family, take care of the baby, grocery shop, laundry, clean house, etc. He does nothing. Some nights he will warm the baby's bottle between watching football games. I feel like leaving. I want to get a boyfriend who can care and unserstand and listen to me. I feel like hurting myself. I feel all of those things yet I would do none of them. I feel like a jack in the box waiting to explode from the box. We have a son. I feel sorry for him and do my best to spend time with him and make him think everything is ok. But it's not. I have never felt so alone in my life. I almost think being abuised would be better than his silence. I feel, as if I am literally, losing it. He maxed all our ccards.

My friend is having a pot luck for her daughter's first birthday party and she has NO money to spend. She wants to provide BBQ meats and ask guests to please bring a dish. Also, if the guests want booze, she wants them to bring that on their own too. What's a good way to word that?

Or is it a better idea to skip the bbq meats, and make it strictly pot-luck?

I never miss work except to go to dcotor appt.s. I have diabetes and high blood pressure and my doctors keep an eye on me by having me come in for blood work, or medictaion adjustments, and things of that nature. I also happen to be taking a family vacation, for 7 days, in the middle of this month. (I had the vacay planned before I even started this job, which was about 4 months ago.) I have an appt today with a nutritionest, now work told me I can't take any more time off than I already have because people will "notice" and start to "complain." So I had to cancel my appt. I don't think this is fair. It's not like I am taking the time off to goof around, and it's not as if I have been calling in sick. Isn't there any legal rights I have in regards to this? I have my review coming up soon and I know they are going to bring up that I have too many doctor appts (I have about 3 a month) I want to be able to give them an educated response. I make the apps for at lunch or the end of the day.
