Do you think we should just pack up and leave the Middle East?

If we leave right now, without finishing, we run the risk of other countries thinking we have grown weak and start challenging us. I think that we should withhold money from the Iraq government until they began to help themselves. I don't advocate staying, but we should have a strong stand when we leave...we owe that to the troops. If we spend money it should be to strengthen our troops with state of the art equipment.

We should pack up and leave the middle east. Their very religion and the way they're brought up prevents them from adequately cooperating with us. The majority of them want us to leave (indeed a large majority approves of attacks on our troops) and they don't want an "infidel" form of government... Our presence there is an insult to their beliefs, so they come after us. There's no real chance of reconciliation.

And if they launch attacks on the US you'd better believe they will be obliterated. You would never believe some of the experimental weapons, technology and capability the military is playing around with. We also have a major tactical advantage with our geographic location. Nobody is going to take the fighting to these shores and succeed. The biggest threat to the US is from within.

We shouldn't have been there to begin with. I think Bush jumped the gun without having the proper intel. Then again, he is not known for his intel. I was just talking to someone about this recently after hearing that they were sending more troops. Just outragious! Anyway, we need the troops back home. This is Bush's war. I have had relatives in Iraq and Afghanistan and they told me how they are trying to rebuild, picking up the dead bodies, etc. I say, since Bush spends so much time in his freakin ranch, we should send his wimpy *** over there and let him clean up his own damn mess.

Since our troops will be here anyway, they will be here to defend our shores. Oh, and I do have the gonads to pick up a gun and fighting for my country.

We shouldn't leave. They attacked us first and we need to show them that our country can't be messed with. If we leave, they'll think we're weak and'll step all over us. We ARE doing good over there because we're trying to reform their country for them so their people can enjoy the same freedom we have. It IS going to cost some soldier's lives, but it'll be better in the long run, and the soldiers volunteered to fight anyway; if you join the army, being sent to fight somewhere shouldn't be a surprise to you. That's your job.

Yea we should pack up. How are they gonna get in if we leave?? Are we just gonna let them come in and start a war in here. Why are people so narrow-minded?

We should pack up because we're fighting for nothing. If you ask me, none of the bombings and stuff started until we went oner there. It doesn't seem like we're helping them, we're making it worse. We wouldn't want someone to come over her and do the same to us.

well i became close friends with some guy that did. i dont talk to him any more but every time i told him that place was dirty and gross hed get all poed and then hed tell me how great dubai was.

You should never have been there anyway.
