Requirements for NC auto dealer?

I checked with the dmv website and saw a requirment that I would have to have $50,000 in the bank. Does anyone have any knowledge on this and is this a requirment that is thourghly enforced that I will not be able to get away from?

Are there different requirments for a wholesale dealer?

    Here are the requirements:

    Hawaiian shirt

    Gold chain with money sign emblem

    mustache (bushy)

    alligator boots

    dark sunglasses (big)

    stick of chewing gum
