Pronunciation of Proper Nouns (Names)?

In particular, I would like to know how following names are pronounced by native english speakers, since most pronunciation dictionaries don't cover proper nouns (names).

1. Linux (does it rhyme with Delux or Unix?)

2. Hugh Grant (actor)

3. Van Heusen (Brand name of shirts)

4. Danielle Steel (author) (is it like Daniel or Danielly?)

5. Werner von Siemens (Founder of Siemens AG)

6. Volkswagon (car)

In general, can you please let me know if any online dictionary (preferably downloadable) covers pronunciation of proper nouns?
